It’s been the week for warrants at the White County Sheriff’s Department.
On Tuesday at around 3:00 p.m., 49 year old Tad L Ziehm of Dalhgren, who was currently being held in the White County Jail on other Hamilton County charges, was served an additional warrant by White County Officer, Spencer. The charges listed on the warrant were Child Pornography and Bond Revocation. The bail amount listed on the warrant was $5,000,000. Ziehm was then processed for the appropriate charges and continues to be held at the White County Jail.
And on Wednesday, a Mt Vernon IL man met with Officer Spencer, to turn himself in on a warrant. Bryce R Hanes, 20, of 504 Short Street, arrived at the White County Jail and was taken into custody on a Marion County(IL) warrant for Failure to Appear on the offense of Domestic Battery/Physical Contact. Spencer informed Hanes that bond was set at $1500 cash plus a $75 FTA fee. Hanes was then processed and held at the White County Jail pending extradition to Marion County.
