Last Friday, a traffic stop was conducted on a 1996 Suzuki driven by Bradly Cummins.
According to the affidavit, the responding officer ran identification and registration through dispatch, with a couple of warnings surfacing. Cummins’ license was found to be suspended in Illinois, and the registration was for a 2012 Honda, not the 1996 Suzuki he was driving.
Cummins was placed into custody for Unlawful Display of Registration and Driving on a Suspended License. He was later released at the White County Jail on a Notice to Appear court date of December 24th.
