A 19 year old Crossville man, Jacob R. Ferguson, was arrested by Carmi Police, late Tuesday night, following a traffic stop in the parking lot of the Guardian Center, in Carmi, on a White County Warrant for Failure to Appear. He bonded out to $400 cash.
