A Creal Springs woman was taken into custody on a White County Warrant on Thursday. Officer George Spencer met with 38 year old Nina Overy in the lobby of the White County Sheriff’s Department who stated she wanted to turn herself in. The charge on the warrant was Failure to Appear for Domestic Battery. Bond on the warrant was set at $4,000 of which 10% had to be paid for her release. Overy was booked in the White County Jail. She paid $400 bond, a $75.00 Failure to Appear fee and a $20 booking fee and was released.
