18-year-old Emma Wiggins-Childers was arrested on January 14 for domestic battery. Police were called to Wiggins-Childers’ Oak Street home at a quarter after 9pm Sunday night. She allegedly committed the crime against a 19 year old white male. Carmi Police booked and transported her to the White County Jail where she remains held as of Tuesday morning.

But if you don’t have a stable home for your family they learn from what they see and who you have around you.leaveing carmi and investing in church and family made my kids better people today and independent and no right and wrong. Good and evil. This will fallow you your hole life so so sad
