Failing to register as a sex offender has landed a Carmi man in the White County Jail. On Wednesday evening officers with the Carmi Police Department went to Herbert Avenue and arrested 45 year old Chad Carrow on a White County Warrant for Unlawful Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Bond on the warrant has been set at $2500.
