A 56 year old Carmi woman, Pamela L. Bassemier, is behind bars in the White County Jail, following a traffic stop early this (Thursday) morning near the intersection of Main Street and Neely Circle after Carmi Police Officers noticed her driving in the wrong lane. She was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and DUI of Drugs.
