The Carmi Police Department made an arrest in the early morning hours Wednesday. Christina Lofton, 35 of 602 Second Street in Carmi, was arrested on an outstanding Warrant for Theft of Governmental Property.
She is housed in the White County Jail on a $1500 cash bond.
