A 54 year old Carmi woman, Angela M. Knight, was arrested by Carmi Police Monday evening for DUI, Improper Lane Usage, and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, after a motorist reported her driving recklessly on Illinois Route 1 between Norris City and Carmi. She was transported to the White County Jail where she bonded out to $100 cash.
