37 year old Tosha M. Davis, of Carmi, was arrested by Carmi Police Monday afternoon on Domestic Battery charges following a 911 call, to 112 Neely Circle, claiming Davis was chasing a juvenile male with a baseball bat and had battered him. The victim was a 15 year old male. Davis was transported to the White County Jail where she remains held.
