The Carmi White County Unit Five School Board took several actions, all relating to employment, following a closed door session after Monday night’s school board meeting.
Miranda Stimson was reassigned from Junior/Senior High School head cook and district manager to Special Education Individual Aide at Brownsville Attendance Center. That takes effect December 1st of this year.
Brandi Emmerson was hired as Special Education individual aide at Brownsville Attendance Center. That is effective immediately.
The board also accepted the resignation of Cole Carter as Junior High School baseball coach. That was also effective immediately.
No other action followed the closed door session.
The next school board meeting will be November 20, as the board meets on the third Monday of each month.
