A Gallatin County man is free following his arrest late Friday afternoon in Carmi. 43 year old Jonathan Terrell of Shawneetown was pulled over just after 5:30 p.m. on Fairground road when police say he ran a stoplight. While pulled over it was discovered that Terrell was driving under the influence of drugs. He was subsequently taken to the White County jail, where he bonded out just before 6 p.m.
According to online court records, Terrell is due is in White County court on Tuesday, September 28th.
