The Carmi Police Department arrested 46 year old Paula Trost of Pyatt, Arkansas Monday morning on a warrant for unlawful use of information on an application for a car title. Trost was taken into custody at 11:43am at 518 7th Street and transported to the White County Jail, where she is being held pending the post of a $4000 bond.
