Carmi Police arrested 27 year old Kyle Stephens of Carmi Tuesday afternoon on a pair of warrants. At 2:10pm, officers took Stephens into custody at his residence on North First Street on charges of failure to appear and felony theft. Stephens is being held at the White County Jail pending the post of $2000 bail.
37 year old Ramsey Brock was taken into custody by Carmi Police Tuesday night at his Schumaker Street residence on a Perry County warrant for failure to appear. Brock was arrested at 7:30pm and is being held at the White County Jail in lieu of a $3000 bail posting.
