A Robards, Kentucky man is facing a misdemeanor charge of Domestic Battery. Carmi Police say they investigated an incident that occurred Monday at the Stewart Street apartment complex. Just before midnight Thursday, authorities placed 25-year-old Ethyn Hicks under arrest after allegedly leaving a 3-year-old female victim with bruising on her hind end.
Also yesterday, Carmi Police went and found 69-year-old Leland Rost at his Commerce Street residence where they placed him in custody on a Failure to Appear warrant. The arrest happened just after 5pm and is in connection to an original charge of Retail Theft. Rost was taken to the White County Jail where he remained overnight.
