The Carmi Police Department responded to a report of domestic violence Thursday morning and made a pair of arrests.
27 year old Tara Fitzgerald of Crossville and 23 year old Jordan Williams of Carmi were both charged with domestic battery and were taken into custody at the Seventh Street residence of Williams at 10:12am.
Both Fitzgerald and Williams were transported to the White County Jail, and both are being held pending a court hearing.
