A Carmi man bonded out of the White County Jail after he was arrested during a traffic stop on Saturday. At around 12:30 AM an officer with Carmi PD stopped a vehicle driven by 29 year old Kasey Cooper of Park Lane and took him into custody for Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle. Cooper was booked in the White County Jail where bond was set at $250 cash. Cooper was also cited for Expired Registration and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
