A Carmi man is behind bars after being arrested on a laundry list of charges Tuesday. Carmi Police tracked down 35-year-old Colton Shelow on Stewart Street following a foot pursuit just before noon. He’s being charged with 3 felonies including Possession of Meth, Unalwful Use of Property, and Obstructing Justice. In addition, Shelow faces misdemeanor charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Criminal Damage to Property, Battery, and Resisting a Peace Officer. He remains behind bars Wednesday morning on those charges.
