CARMI, IL, September 15, 2020— The Carmi Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the hiring of the new Executive Director, Kelly Northcott.
Kelly is a Norris City native and has resided Carmi for the last 15 years. Her previous work experience includes working in the financial and title industry since 2007, along with chairing/co-chairing the Lincoln and Jefferson Attendance Center Parent Teacher Organization. She has an extensive skill set that includes event planning and engaging the community with volunteer efforts.
“I am excited to start this next chapter and look forward serving the community of Carmi in the capacity of Chamber Director”, Mrs. Northcott said when asked about the position at the Chamber. She will take over the role at the end of the month and will announce office hours once she is settled into her position.
Kelly is married to lifelong Carmi resident, Brandon Northcott, and has two children: Isaac (10) and Sloane (8).
