On the evening of February 10th, Deputy Matt Wicker with the White County Sheriff’s Department and Enfield Police Chief Mark Worlds went to a residence on Gowdy Street in Enfield in reference to an Enfield woman being wanted on a White County Warrant. Deputy Wicker went to the front door while Chief Worlds went to the rear door. Deputy Wicker knocked on the door multiples but no one answered. Chief Worlds informed Wicker that he saw Charley Buchanan who was wanted on the warrant, run to the back bedroom. John Page eventually answered the door and told the Officers he wasn’t sure if Buchanan was in the residence but he would check. Page returned and said she was not there. Worlds explained to Page that he saw Buchanan run through the house and he would like to speak to her. A second individual Nicolas Page then came to the door and told the officers he also didn’t know if she was there but he would check. At that time, Buchanan exited the bedroom and into the living room where she was taken into custody on the warrant. After being booked in the White County Jail she paid $250 bond and was released.
