A traffic stop conducted by the Carmi Police Department has landed a young Carmi man in the White County Jail. On Sunday, July 17th, 21 year old Tyler A Bolin of 301 12th Street was taken into custody for driving without a valid driver’s license, possession of methamphetamine and possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle. Bolin is being held without bond. A preliminary hearing has been set for August 15th at 10 a.m.
