24-year-old Erika Bailey of Grayville was sentenced in White County court April 2nd. Prior to that, Edwards County had their turn. March 26th, Bailey received her sentence for Residential Arson, a Class 1 Felony. She’ll spend a dozen years in prison for the crime. She’s been credited with 49 days time served and will also have a year of Mandatory Supervised Release following her incarceration. Edwards County States Attorney Eric St. Ledger prosecuted. Bailey was represented by Public Defender Brian Shinkle.
