20 year old McGwire Aschenbrenner of Crossville will serve 5 years in prison as per the sentence handed down Monday afternoon. Aschenbrenner was arrested by Grayville authorities in October and subsequently convicted for Damage to Government Property. In addition to the prison sentence for the class 3 felony, Aschenbrenner is being recommended for Boot Camp, also known as the Impact Incarceration Program. He’ll also have to pay court costs and $1,866.38 in restitution.
