Follow up now on a story we brought you Friday. White County Sheriff’s authorities are still looking for 18 year old Kenseth Rountree of New Haven. The items found on the juvenile and Rountree Thursday afternoon are now back in the hands of their original owner. 83 year old Jerry Turpin contacted law enforcement on Friday afternoon to say he was missing an antique rifle from a building on property he owns in rural Enfield that had been broken into. Turpin then made his way to the Sheriff’s Department and was able to identify the firearm as well as the chainsaw that were found on the perpetrators Thursday. A formal Burglary report was filed.
