During a routine traffic stop, Carmi Police pulled over a silver Dodge Ram that was being driven by Joshua White. Officers knew White was previously cited for Driving with a Revoked license back in January, so they placed him under arrest a second time for the same offense.
White was booked into the White County Jail and was cited for Driving with a Revoked License, and a new offense of Suspended Registration. White will be held on Pre-trial release.
