The Hamilton County Health Department will have a drive-thru vaccination clinic for the following group of prioritized Phase 1b individuals on Thursday, February 04, 2021 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm for:
- Individuals aged 65 years and older
- Education (Congregate Child Care, Pre-K through 12th grade): Teachers, Principals, Student Support, Student Aids, and Day Care Workers.
DO NOT GO TO THE MCLEANBORO FIRE DEPARTMENT FIRST. You must go to the McLeansboro High School gravel parking lot by the tennis courts first for lineup. Eligible people to be vaccinated must be in the car at the time of lineup since vaccine is limited and accounted for. Cars with no one in them will not be considered and will be towed!
The vaccination clinic will be held at the McLeansboro Fire Department at 108 S. Marshall St. in McLeansboro. The clinic will be conducted on a first-come, first-serve basis and is for Hamilton County residents only.
Bring a work ID and/or driver’s license with you to verify eligibility, along with your insurance cards if applicable.
To save time at the drive-through clinic, go to the health department’s website located at www.hchdil.com to download and fill out the “COVID-19 Vaccine Consent Form – Pfizer & Moderna” located towards the bottom of our home page.
Please note, the Hamilton County Health Department will not be keeping a list of names as our clinics will be first come first serve. As long as they receive weekly shipments of vaccine, they will conduct the first come, first serve drive-thru clinics on Wednesdays.
