One person is in an Evansville hospital dealing with injuries sustained in a car/bicycle accident that happened Wednesday afternoon. Authorities say the bicyclist, a woman, was hit by the vehicle near the intersection of Third and Fackney and was subsequently air lifted to Deaconess in Evansville. The extent of injuries is unknown at this point. We’re told it appeared to be a leg injury with a possible fracture. The driver of the automobile is believed to be ok.
