22 year old Joshua Tucker of Carmi was arrested by the Carmi Police Department on Tuesday night on a warrant.
Tucker was taken into custody just before 7:30pm at his residence on Third Street. The warrant had been issued for failure to appear on a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and a charge of possession of less than 2.5 grams of marijuana.
Tucker was transported to the White County Jail, where he remains in lieu of the post of a $500 bond.
