The 38th Annual Heritage Festival will be held Nov. 7 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Nov. 8 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Southeastern Illinois College. More than 120 vendors will be on hand and there will be live demonstrations. Food will be available from SIC’s Falcon Pointe Bistro. SIC Junior Falcon Productions will perform Honk! The Art is Why I Get Up in the Morning Showcase will run from Nov. 23 through Jan. 8 in the Southeastern Illinois College George T. Dennis Visual & Performing Arts Center Art Gallery. This show will be an exhibition of work by Southern Illinois art teachers and a reception is scheduled for Dec. 6 at 1 p.m. Art gallery hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
