On November 26th, a Deputy with the White County Sheriff’s Department pulled over a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan after he noticed the vehicle was not using its headlights or tail lights. The driver, Jonathan Acord, was cited for operating a vehicle when lights were required and driving while license was revoked in Illinois. A notice to appear date was issued to Acord for December 31st.
Carrier Mills resident, August Comer, turned himself in on an active White County warrant on December 4th. Comer was wanted on a failure to appear warrant for the offense of driving on a suspended license. Comer will be detained until he can see a judge.
