A Carmi woman is due in court today. She was due before she was arrested Tuesday night however. 42-year-old Serena Dunn was arrested around a quarter after 10pm when she was found at 102 Herbert Avenue, listed as a protected address in an Order of Protection filed against her. Dunn and her sister Starlett were arrested back in mid-August and both charged with Domestic Violence. Serna has a status hearing scheduled for 10am in White County court Wednesday on the Domestic Violence charge. A Nolle Prosequi was issued for Starlett back in late October in that case. The order of protection was entered two weeks later.
