Carmi Police conducted a traffic stop at Foley Drive and Stewart Street on November 19th when they pulled over 39-year-old Tosha Freeman.
Freeman was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and transported to the White County Jail. She was later released with a Notice to Appear.
