The White County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call that told officers a female was alongside the roadway on IL Highway 141 near Epworth Road.
A Sergeant arrived at the scene, spotted the female, and ran a warrant check.
Identification came back as New Haven resident Bertie Miller. A warrant was wanted for Miller out of Wabash County, and she was taken into custody.
