The Carmi-White County Lady Bulldog Volleyball team will take on Lawrenceville tonight in the IHSA 2A Regional Semifinal in Carmi at McDougal-Evers Gymnasium.
The Lady Bulldogs enter tonight’s match with a 33-2 record, meanwhile Lawrenceville is 17-16 after defeating Flora in 2 sets last night.
The winner of tonight’s match will advance to the Regional Championship game on Thursday against either Mt. Carmel or Hamilton County. Fans can watch tonight’s match on the WRUL Sports YouTube Channel. First serve is scheduled for 6 PM.
The Carmi-White County Bulldog Football team will travel to Warrensburg-Latham this Saturday for the first round of the IHSA Football Playoffs. Warrensburg-Latham is located just northwest of Decatur, approximately 189 miles from Carmi. Warrensburg-Latham is a member of the Heart of Central Illinois Conference where they finished with a 7-2 record. Fans who can’t make the road trip to Warrensburg this Saturday will be able to watch and listen to the game on 97.3 FM WRUL and the WRUL Sports YouTube Channel. Kickoff is set for 2 PM.
