A call was made to the White County Sheriff’s Office about someone climbing a ladder through a window into someone’s home.
Upon thorough investigation, Erica Rose was found inside the house and claimed it was her sister’s place.
A complaint was filed against Rose by Jessica Webb, the owner of the home, and the damage was received to the window Rose used to gain entry.
Rose was taken to the White County Jail and given two citations, one for Criminal Trespass and the other for Criminal Damage to Property. She was released from custody per the Pre-Trial conditions, with a Notice to Appear court date of September 24th.
