A Saline County man was extradited to Knox County, Indiana following his arrest Friday night (July 5th) by the White County Sheriff’s Department. A deputy pulled August Comer of Carrier Mills over after watching him travel from Huck’s on Oak to Rock Bottom on Main saying he knew Comer to be driving on a suspended license. While confirming Comer’s suspended status, dispatch advised the 19-year-old was also wanted on a Knox County warrant. After being cuffed and taken for booking, Knox County officials confirmed the warrant and expressed their desire to extradite. That warrant is in relation to a Theft charge filed June 27th. For his local alleged crime, Comer was issued a Notice to Appear citation and given an August 6th court date.
