An Indiana woman is waking up behind bars at the White County jail Tuesday morning. Carmi Police arrested 20-year-old Monique Miller of Elkhart Monday just before noon on a warrant. That arrest is related to a June of 2022 charge of Battery with Intent to cause Bodily Harm. She was found guilty in July of the same year with the judge handing down a sentence of supervision. In addition, a 41-year-old alleged victim signed a complaint for Intimidation and Harassment through Electronic Communication yesterday. Miller is behind bars awaiting a hearing before a White County judge.
