On the afternoon of May 14th, Carmi resident Elizabeth Doneghue called the White county Sheriff’s Department to file a theft report.
Dispatch informed the responding officer that Doneghue was wanted on a White County Warrant. Once the officer arrived, he took care of the complaint but also advised Doneghue of her active warrant.
Doneghue was arrested and taken to the White County Jail for the warrant of Domestic Battery, she was later released per the warrant.
