Dakota Goodwin is back behind bars after being arrested by Carmi Police for Domestic Battery. That wasn’t his only charge though, Aggravated Battery to a Corrections Officer was added to his record due to Goodwin battering the officer in the White County Jail.
This isn’t Goodwin’s first charge of Domestic Battery, he was previously found guilty of it back in 2016 and spent four years in the Illinois Department of Corrections, and he also pled guilty back in 2014 to an Aggravated Battery charge, spending 5 years in IDOC.
