March 19, 2024 at 6:23 pmThe domestic laws are being tabled to wear a ankle bracelet if they go near the victim or place of employment. It may help detour some it needs to include a red alert for immediate responses. The one issue I have is the catch release is supposed to be determined by the judges or prosecuter on threat level ???? pretty certain a prior qualifies yet obviously was neglected. Place a ethical review may not evolve into anything but it will certainly make it very uncomfortable for them. I am fairly certain if it was a question of safety risk to them the outcome would be quite different.
