Donald Stover will serve three and a half years at the Illinois Department of Corrections for his charges of Use of Property and Resisting. The sentence was a joint recommendation by the States Attorney Chris Neal and Stover’s Public Defender Myra Clark, with Judge T. Scott Webb presiding over the case. Stover was originally arrested back on November 3, 2022, for the offense of Disorderly Conduct and then later was found to be in Possession of a Substance containing Methamphetamine.

Locking up a addicted isn’t gonna help them but seeking help can if the individual wants the help clearly he didn’t want the help…
