29-year-old Avery Webb was pulled over for driving while license suspended on February 15th. At the same time, the passenger of the vehicle 34-year-old Jace Webb, was arrested for Possession of Cannabis in a motor vehicle. Both Avery and Jace were released on Notice to Appear citations.
A Carmi officer responded to a disorderly conduct call and cited David Strean with the charge after it was discovered he was making threats and refusing to leave the residence of the victim.
