The Carmi-White County girls basketball team will battle Robinson tonight for the regional championship game at the IHSA Fairfield 2A regional.
The Lady Bulldogs enter tonight’s game with a 26-5 record. Not only would a win tonight give the Lady Dogs a regional title, but it would tie them for the most wins in a single season by a girls basketball team.
Carmi defeated Newton 41-40 back on Monday in the regional semifinals, and it is their first time playing Robinson this season.
The Lady Bulldogs are looking to win their first regional championship since 2010.
