The Carmi-White County wrestling team defeated Tecumseh on the road last night 44-30 to improve their record to 12-5 on the season.
Madden Anderson, Javan Agen, Gavin Peyton, Connor Benham, and Luke Bolerjack all received forfeits on the night.
Caleb Seibers, Nelson Rider and Konner Buchanan all won in their respective weight classes.
The Bulldogs will travel to Herrin tonight to face Herrin and Carlyle.
The Carmi-White County girls basketball team will host Eldorado tonight at the friendly confines of McDougal-Evers Gymnasium in a Black Diamond Conference matchup.
The Lady Bulldogs are 17-3 on the year as they look to improve their conference record to 6-0.
Fans can watch and listen to tonight’s game on 97.3 FM WRUL and the WRUL Sports YouTube Channel. Varsity will tip-off around 7:30 PM.
The Carmi-White County boys basketball team will also be at home tomorrow night as they welcome in the Fairfield Mules for a BDC battle. The winner will take sole possession of 1st place in the conference. Carmi is 3-0 in BDC play while Fairfield is 4-0.
