Tax Sale Date Set

White County Treasurer Micheal Baxley is alerting residents the annual tax sale is coming up.  The Treasurer’s office will hold it’s annual tax sale on Friday, February 2^nd at the new Treasurer’s office in the former Carmi Times building.  Baxley is reminding residents the office will be closed to the public that day and to make sure you pay any outstanding property taxes prior to February 2^nd to ensure that your property stays out of the tax sale.
