It’s a local tradition that has been ongoing for 32 years….the annual Christmas cookie and bake sale at Emmanuel Church here in Carmi.
This weekend, Saturday from nine until about noon, Emmanuel Church, located at 203 Edgewood Lane, will host the 32nd annual Christmas Cookie, candy and bake sale.
Shoppers will be able to choose from a variety of homemade cookies, candies and baked items. There will also be homemade cinnamon rolls available. Cookies will be sold by the pound. Candy, baked goods and cinnamon rolls will be priced separately.
Many of the available items would make great Christmas presents or stocking stuffers….provided you don’t eat “em all” before Christmas.
