Grayville leaders will gather for their first September meeting on Monday. Among the items they’re set to tackle include the Utopian Power Solar Project Proposal, a TIF agreement with Lynn Winters regarding a Third Street property demolition, and a second reading of Ordinance 944 which deals with amending a speed limit reduction and Children Playing signs. Council will also consider a Snyder Property Lease Agreement and a request for TIF Property Tax Reimbursement Agreement with Pipher. New business includes requests from the Friends of Grayville for blocking off streets for the October 7th car show and a TIF #1 Request for assistance from Treasurer and City Attorney Sharon and Jay Walden regarding property on North Street. Council meets at 7pm at 119 South Middle Street.
