The City of Carmi is preparing for another Electronics Recycling Event later this month. Officials say the event is for Carmi and White County residents only and will be held from 9am – noon on Saturday, September 23rd at 520 North 3rd Street in Carmi. Materials to be recycled must be in the back area or trunk of cars and the beds of trucks and all small loose electronics including cables, cords, and remotes must be bagged and tied closed.
