Wednesday morning just before 7 o’clock, White County Sheriff’s Deputy Matt Wicker was informed of a man at the Sheriff’s Department wanting to turn himself in. 40 year old Furlando Davis of Harrisburg was there when Wicker arrived, and he was told of a White County warrant for Obstructing Identification/Driving While License Suspended. Furlando was given a copy of the warrant and then booked into the White County Jail. He bonded out to $250 at about 11 AM.
