An early morning traffic stop has landed an Albion man behind bars. Just after 1:20am Tuesday morning near I-64, a White County Sheriff’s Deputy pulled over a ’97 Ford F-150 after noticing a headlamp out. The law enforcement official noticed 38 year old Joseph Goldman of Albion in the passenger seat and according to the report knew him to be wanted on warrants. The Lawrence County warrant is related to a 2017 charge of Driving While License Revoked. Goldman also had a Posey County warrant for Operating a Motor Vehicle without receiving a License with a prior. Though initially unruly and agitated according to the report, the officer was able to place Goldman in custody. He remains behind bars at the White County Jail on $1,000 bail.
